Our RACKET Factory in China
Located in Hangzhou, China, our manufacturing factory covers 48,000 square meters and has been operating continuously since 1999. Today, it runs with a daily production capacity of up to 10,000 units.
The facility is equipped to support both OEM and ODM projects, from prototyping and performance tuning to stable mass production. Every racket passes through strict quality control procedures to ensure consistent performance and long-lasting reliability.

Table Tennis OEM / ODM
MANUFACTURER
WELLS provides OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions for table tennis brands, covering complete table tennis systems from finished rackets and blades to rubbers and related accessories.
Our blade portfolio ranges from classic all wood constructions to advanced carbon blades using modern high performance synthetic fibers comparable to ALC and ZLC. Designs cover different performance levels from controlled allround to high speed offensive play.
All blades can be fully customized, including veneer composition, wood species, thickness, layer order, handle shape, materials, and visual design. Custom lenses and edge tapes are available to ensure a consistent brand appearance across the entire racket system.
We also offer modern table tennis rubbers developed for today’s topspin oriented power game. Rubber customization includes sponge hardness, sponge color, topsheet color, and optional UV printed surface designs for distinctive visual concepts.
We are familiar with ITTF approval processes and support partners in developing ITTF compliant rubbers, while also offering ITTF approved products from our existing portfolio. With stable production, strict quality control, and fast sampling, we help brands bring reliable and competitive table tennis products to market.
Badminton OEM / ODM
MANUFACTURER
WELLS provides OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions for badminton rackets, covering products from entry level and cost efficient models to high performance and professional designs.
Badminton rackets are manufactured using steel, aluminum, and full carbon constructions, including premium Japanese Toray carbon. Frame and shaft designs are optimized for strength, stability, and balanced weight distribution.
Customization options include weight class, balance point, shaft flexibility, frame profile, string tension range, and cosmetic design, allowing precise adjustment for different playing styles from control focused to offensive play.
We are familiar with BWF equipment regulations and support the development of badminton rackets designed in compliance with BWF standards for competitive and tournament use.
For badminton products, we support brand specific development, fast sampling, and scalable mass production aligned with international market expectations.
PADEL & PICKLEBALL OEM / ODM
MANUFACTURER
We provide OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions for pickleball paddles and padel rackets, covering products from recreational to competition level.
Pickleball paddles are manufactured using hot press construction with wood, fiberglass, carbon, and premium carbon materials. PP and EVA core structures with vibration damping deliver control, comfort, and consistent performance, with textured surfaces available to enhance spin.
Customization options include paddle shape, weight, balance, materials, surface texture, handle components, and visual design. Brand specific logos and UV printed graphics are supported, with designs developed to meet USAPA requirements.
Padel rackets are engineered for comfort, control, and a large sweet spot, using fiberglass and carbon based constructions including full carbon and woven carbon surfaces. EVA cores are tuned to balance power, control, and vibration absorption.
For both pickleball and padel products, we support brand specific development, fast sampling, and scalable mass production aligned with international market standards.
TENNIS & SQUASH OEM / ODM
MANUFACTURER
We provide OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions for tennis and squash rackets, covering products from recreational to competition level.
Tennis rackets are produced using aluminum, composite, full carbon, and premium Toray carbon materials. Frame designs can be adjusted in stiffness, balance, and geometry to suit different playing styles.
Customization options include head size, weight, balance, grip size, string tension range, and cosmetic design, including brand specific logos and UV printed finishes.
Squash rackets are designed for fast handling and precise control, using graphite, composite, and full carbon constructions, including Toray carbon options. Frame structures can be tuned for maneuverability, stability, and durability.
For both tennis and squash rackets, we support brand specific development, fast sampling, and scalable mass production aligned with international standards.
